I was hired as a full-time consultant to lead the design effort of the startup's brand, app, website and marketing materials. In this role I created the company’s brand book, website and designed the first version of the consumer application. I recruited additional designers and managed them until the contract deliverables were complete.

I joined the founding team to lead the design of the brand, investor portal, and marketing materials. I worked directly with the head of product and CEO to produce graphic materials to support the business and product efforts. The company raised $11M, but the pandemic halted its progress so we all stepped down and currently only management is engaged in business activities.

Rakuten Viber / Creative Director

I joined Viber as employee #5. As the company grew I hired more designers and took on the creative director role, managing 21 in-house designers working on the UI & UX of the app, while helping over 6 design agencies around the world with their creative effort to enhance the Viber brand in their respective countries. I Managed the global brand with our London-based marketing team and produced photo-shoots in Spain, Russia, the Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, and Israel. Viber was acquired by Rakuten in 2014 and several years later signed a sponsorship deal with Barcelona FC, which led to close creative and marketing efforts with the team, local video shoots, and production of joint marketing materials, all managed closely by me. Viber is a popular free call and messaging app used by more than a Billion users and I'm very proud to have spent a significant part of my career helping it achieve its success.

 

Juno / Creative Lead (Consultant)

Juno, the popular car hailing app was launched in New York in late 2015 by the founders of Viber, they asked for my help with the company brand identity, UX research and recruitment of the creative team. During my consultation period I designed the company logo, brand book, conducted user research and user testing, recruited 3 designers and mentored them throughout the development of the first version of the app.

 

MyBuilding.org / Co-Founder, Creative Director

As a co-founder of MyBuilding.org, I designed all creatives and managed the product of our SaaS platform for property management companies in high-rise buildings in New York. Over the years we grew our portfolio to hundreds of properties and expanded throughout the entire US. In 2013 we were acquired by Real Page Inc.

iPace was a travel-related startup. I managed a team of 2 designers and produced all required design work, from web application UI/UX to marketing collaterals and business presentations.

Eshta was a digital design studio I launched after I freelanced for several years and graduated from Graphic design studies. The studio was focused on digital design services to various startups and had 3 designers working under my direction. iPace.com, one of the studio clients bought me out and I took a position of creative director in their New York offices.
